Each companies came and checked out my roof Once I had all 3 estimates one of them just kept me looking and feeling good about the estimate. Let’s be real, everyone dreads having to get a new roof on their home. I had known I needed a new roof since before Covid, but life got in the way and the project got tabled. Then, after an insurance reevaluation this year, I was required to get it done on a very short timeline. Do it or the dreaded drop letter would be in the mail… I had had several roofers come over, including some I had previously gotten estimates from, and I just wasn’t comfortable with any of them for a multitude of reasons, including issues with personality, price (huge difference pre and post covid pricing), availability, transparency, reliability, and sense of security that the job would be done properly. Then a friend strongly recommended MK Best Roofing, and after meeting Mynor from the company, I immediately felt at peace. It all just fell into place—he offered the highest quality materials, GAF certification, and an amazing lengthy warranty. He even called his supplier in front of me and got the date that the specific shingle I wanted (but couldn’t find available anywhere) would be arriving and he said he would be there as soon as it did. Despite his assurances, I was still nervous that the product wouldn’t work out because it had been so elusive. He handled me so respectfully, taking each one of my crazy phone calls with grace and putting my mind at ease and making the experience less stressful with his great sense of humor.
